1. Use netstat to see which of the connections are in Established mode and which are

missing.

2. Make sure the IP address that the EMS is trying to connect to is the correct remote

site config manager management IP.

Note: All remote sites IP addresses are configured under

/opt/traffix/sdc/config/sysconfig/traffix_config_mgr)

3. Check for network/firewall/IP table problems.
