• Summary: Openswan IPSEC implementation
• Description:
Openswan is a free implementation of IPSEC & IKE for Linux. IPSEC is
the Internet Protocol Security and uses strong cryptography to provide
both authentication and encryption services. These services allow you
to build secure tunnels through untrusted networks. Everything passing
through the untrusted net is encrypted by the ipsec gateway machine and
decrypted by the gateway at the other end of the tunnel. The resulting
tunnel is a virtual private network or VPN.
This package contains the daemons and userland tools for setting up
Openswan on a freeswan enabled kernel.

• Summary: Pure Python Expect-like module
• Description:
Pexpect is a pure Python module for spawning child applications; controlling
them; and responding to expected patterns in their output. Pexpect works
like
Don Libes' Expect. Pexpect allows your script to spawn a child application
and
control it as if a human were typing commands.
Pexpect can be used for automating interactive applications such as ssh,
ftp,
passwd, telnet, etc. It can be used to automate setup scripts for
duplicating
software package installations on different servers. And it can be used for
automated software testing. Pexpect is in the spirit of Don Libes' Expect,
