There are various ways to install agent software on your client systems. The method you choose

depends on the operating system, first‑time installation or upgrade, and tools used to install the

agent.

Make sure your client systems meet these requirements before installing McAfee Agent.

System requirements

• Installed disk space — 29‑32 MB (minimum), excluding log files

• Memory — 256 MB RAM (minimum)

• Processor speed — 500 MHz (minimum)
