If you don’t know whether you have a D-U-N-S number, you can find out
if you have one from VeriSign at

Ifyou don’twant touse aD-U-N-Snumber andthe certificateis fora busi-
ness, you can also provide a copy of any one of the following documents
to VeriSign instead:
1. Articles of Incorporation
2. Business License
3. Fictitious Business License
